Even though women are grossly underrepresented in management and leadership, our contributions in the business world has increased in recent years.

The percentage of women in the tourism industry is high but largely dominated by low paying functions.

Cross River State can boast of great women entrepreneurs across many fields and I am confident that we have more women with great talents yet untapped.
