Upon Reading the affidavit sworn and filed in the court registry with SUT NO: NICN/CA/54/2016 by Basil Assibong also know as King Zeerowbadman, and the court after hearing Ozinko O. Ozinko Esq move his Motion on Notice and the above named persons having not proffered any reply, the court interprets it as that they agree with all the averment and submissions of the claimants in their motion before the court.

Upon the motion on order notice filed on the 18th Nov, 2016. Praying for the following

1. An order restraining the respondents, their agents, privies, howsoever from conducting any elections relating to the election of the state executive officers of the 10th Applicant pending the determination of the substantive suit and pending matters.

2. An order of injunction restraining the 1st respondent from futher parading himself and his agent as chairman of PMAN Cross River State Chapter pending the determination of the substansive suit.

3. An order of court that the 1st Respondent haven exhausted his tenure in office should stop usurping the good name of PMAN from getting finances from the government with remitting same to the body. And for such other this Honorable Court may deem fit to make in the given circumstances.
