While some might argue after watching the video above that Aleexandra Kefren should have known what she was getting herself into when she agreed to be interviewed on national television, her claims have been further substantiated by adult movie director Harriet Sugarcookie.
The director, who works for Sugarcookie.com, claimed that the publicity Kefren generated for Cinderella Escorts was used by its unscrupulous owner, Alexandros Kallinikidis, to encourage young and naive girls to get into seemingly one-time prostitution.
However, instead of being paid vast amounts of money for their virginity, and in some cases, as was reported, getting to sleep with A-list stars, they found themselves trafficked into sex work which could potentially see them sleep with eight men a night in European brothels.
Cinderella Escorts, however, has hit back at Kefren's claims and said that the sale of her virginity was real, but it fell through at the last minute because she broke the terms of her contract with the agency by having a boyfriend.
Sugarcookie.com, however, has allegedly spoken to one of a girl named Lauren who fell for the publicity Cinderella Escorts generated in the mainstream media with its virgins and has revealed how the agency's owner tricked her into being trafficked into an Athens brothel.

What's more is that other people on Twitter have claimed to have had a similar experience with the agency:

Lauren, who is an experienced escort, said:
"First, Kallinikidis asks for photos from the girls. Then he calls straight away, whether it's 2 pm or 2 am, he always wants to call.
He sent me links to these articles about his agency and told me I had to read them before talking further. Of course, I wasn't a virgin. I've done escorting before in Europe. So the first thing he offered me was to be a high-end escort."
Adding to what she was promised by Kallinikidis, she said:
"He talked about this other girl, she's been in the newspapers and she makes £9,000 a night. He said I could do that. I would meet clients all over the world, Los Angeles, London, everywhere.
It sounded strange. Something was weird. But I trusted him. All these articles were saying the same thing, how this girl made £9,000 a night.
But it's all lies...when I was working in the brothels, I was [with] her sometimes. She's on the brothel's website. She was making €100 per client, which was double what I was, but she wasn't making anywhere near £9,000."

Alicia, a former sex worker, also confirmed that Lauren's story was true and claimed that she was also trafficked into a brothel in Athens. The agency reportedly has five brothels there and many women in them went there having been told lies about what the work would involve.
