NIGERIA: A Distress Call For Unity by Jason Wise
When a Narcissistic, vile and emotionally unstable individual called Ojukwu went against some irresponsible, greedy and barbaric men from other regions come leaders like Obasanjo, Yardua, Ibrahim Babaginda etc....the whole nation was put into a tragic tragedy of hate, sorrow, blood and death.
Today, history is about to repeat itself, today we have some fraternal groups and individuals like IPOB, Oduduwa movement, Afenifere, Miyetti Allah, Ohaneze and other supposedly called youths/elites birthed from the dustbin of hate, religious and ethnic bias, spreading their vile and insensitive messages like a wind of fire across the nation.
While some media helps in the spread, others reel and read out fake news to the already hate filled, divided, ignorant masses, hoping to ignite the nation into an unnecessary conflict. # HOW I WISH THE GOVERNMENT DO MORE ON SOCIAL MEDIA BILL.
What is shocking is the number of people who pretend to be sound minds that become their followers. Sadly, majority of these individuals fueling hatred and division among us are either not living in the country, have access to move out if they perceive the slightest instability or are simply being ignorant of what they are calling for.
What is also pitiable is the fact that the rain they call for would fall on us all. Unity is the only reason we have left and our diversity is our strength if channeled rightly.
Do not awaken the urges ingrained in the reptilian brain of humanity, for you only gate barbarism.
