UPDATED: Emir of Kano is dead!

The Emir of Kano in Kano State, Alhaji Tafida Abubakar Ila Auta Bawo is dead.
The customary ruler kicked the bucket on Saturday at an emergency clinic in Kano.

Turakin Rano and House of Representatives part speaking to Rano, Kibiya, and Bunkure Federal Constituency, Alhaji Kabir Alhassan Rururm, affirmed the demise of the ruler.
He said the late emir would be covered tonight in the emirate.

He said the late emir is made due by 17 youngsters and two spouses, including that the perished would be covered Saturday evening in the emirate.

The Rano Emirate Council prior affirmed that the Emir was wiped out yet not tainted with COVID-19.

The late Emir was raced to the Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital in a basic condition yet alluded to the Nasarawa Specialists Hospital for additional clinical consideration.

The reports that the Rano Emirate Council is one of the four emirates recently made by Governor Abdullahi Ganduje on May 9, 2019.

The new emirates of Gaya, Rano, Karaye, and Bichi used to be regions under the Kano Emirate Council.
