See The Post-COVID-19 economy road Map Being SetUp by Platue State Government

The Plateau government has set up a post COVID-19 economy guide, as a component of endeavors to pad the effect of the pandemic on the state's economy. 


Gov. Simon Lalong in an announcement by his Director of Press and Public Affairs, Dr Makut Macham, on Wednesday in Jos, said the guide was to conceptualize on monetary recuperation techniques for the state. 


Lalong said he has coordinated the State Economic Advisory Council, headed by Chief Ezekiel Gomos, to suggest functional and extensive systems for supporting the state's economy in association with basic partners. 


He said he has ordered the Council to liaise and talk with all Ministries, Department and Agencies, Local Government Councils and key private part players in the assembling area for their data sources. 


Others recorded are private division players in agribusiness, banking and fund, accommodation and amusement; exchange and trade, Information Communication Technology, mining segment, among others. 


He said the gathering is relied upon to submit occasional strategy and key suggestions to him on the State economy during the COVID-19 and past.
