A Doctor in Akwa Ibom Dies after displaying symptoms of COVID-19

In an announcement on Friday, Nsikak Nyoyoko, the state administrator of the Nigerian Medical Associaton, affirmed his demise.
Essien, a private clinical professional, was said to have been debilitated with history of fever, hack, and brevity of breath for multi week.
His case apparently compounded on Thursday when his SPO2 (fringe slender oxygen immersion) became as low as 72% which expected him to be set on oxygen at his facility.
The state reaction group on COVID-19 was called and he was said to have been conceded at Ibom Specialist Hospital where his examples were taken and anticipating transportation to the lab for a COVID-19 test.
