There are alot of things you really need to know about pancakes and how you can make your pancake better than before,but first we look at our ingredients.
NOTE: All ingredients are important
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 3 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 ¼ cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- Honey (optional)
Now let's look at the procedures
Step 1
Bring out a large bowl and in it is the flour, baking powder and salt. Then make a well in which you put the milk, egg and melted butter. Then mix well.
Step 2
Then put an oily griddle or frying pan on the fire to be heated over medium heat. Then you pour or scoop the batter onto the frying pan or griddle. Using approximately ¼ cup for each pancakes.
Step 3
Fry until it's brown, but not burnt.... Okay
